Because THENDRAL DAY OUT operates as an exclusive single-booking private destination (where only one family/friends group reserves the entire venue for an entire day), blocked dates directly prevent other guests from booking.

How to Request a Cancellation or Date Change

If an unforeseen emergency requires you to reschedule or cancel your confirmed date, please contact our management team directly at the earliest opportunity:

Administrative Review

All cancellation and rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by the business administration. Once a cancellation is processed by the admin, the date is freed on the public availability calendar for other guests.
